Our support contract for workstations gives you following benefits:
- Reduced service rates
Workstations are primary tools for many employees nowadays. In a properly set up system workstation faults are less critical as all critical information should be residing on the server side. If that is true then one workstation should be easily replaceable with another one until the problem is resolved. Workstation faults under our support contract are dealt with for a reduced hourly rate. Please refer to our price list for details.
- Guaranteed response time
We realise how expensive downtime can be for business nowadays. And we always try to respond to a problem as quick as possible. However no guaranteed response time is available for customers without a contract whereas those who have purchased one get guaranteed response time.
- Telephone support
Telephone support is available for our contract customers. Please note that in some cases due to problem's complexity customers may be advised to call an engineer on site to resolve the problem . Telephone support is subject to standard charges. Please refer to our price list for details.
- Annual inspection
Workstations' performance degrades with time. Hard drives become fragmented, temporary file locations are filling with rubbish, unnecessary applications appear on start up etc. These are only a few reasons why periodical inspection for workstations is just as important as it is for servers. Support contract for workstations includes one free workstations' inspection day. This includes anti-virus software inspection, workstation optimisation, upgrade recommendations, file system cleanup and defragmentation, installing latest service packs etc. Additional inspection days can be purchased separately at any time.
