Servers are a centre of your IT system. All users on the network are using services provided by your server(s). So when a fault occurs (note that we don't use "if" here as Murphy's law's always against us) you need an expert to deal with it. Regardless of whether you have or you haven't purchased a maintenance contract from us we will assist you with your problem. Having a contract however gives you a number of benefits compared to those without it. Following applies to contract owners:

  • Free break fixes
    If there is a problem with software we installed or are supporting that was not causes by user's erroneous actions we will fix it either by phone or on-site without any charge.

  • Reduced service rates
    All issues not related to break fixes (see description above) will be charged on per-hour basis. Contract customers however can benefit from reduced service rates. Please refer to our price list for details.

  • Guaranteed response time
    We realise how expensive downtime can be for business nowadays. And we always try to respond to a problem as quick as possible. However no guaranteed response time is available for customers without a contract whereas those who have purchased one get guaranteed response time.

  • Remote system monitoring
    It is not a secret that the least amount of problems arises when a system is being monitored on a constant basis. It helps to spot a problem and most of the time to fix it before it starts affecting your business or even before you even know it was there. We integrate remote monitoring features into systems with a maintenance contract and monitor the state of the system on a daily basis. Failed backups and antivirus updates, viruses and other external security violation attempts, lack of disk space, crashed applications etc. are just a few examples of the kind of problems easily spotted and resolved remotely.

  • Telephone support
    Telephone support is available for our contract customers. Please note that in some cases due to problem's complexity customers may be advised to call an engineer on site to resolve the problem . Telephone support is subject to standard charges. Please refer to our price list for details.

  • Annual inspection
    Remote monitoring is a great feature but there are some things that can be tested only on site. We would advise our customers to take a look at our Preventative Maintenance Visits support services. They provide you with opportunity of scheduling an engineer for a periodical inspection of you system thus significantly reducing the risk of a possible failure. Contract customers get one PMV a year for free. Though we strongly encourage our customers to have Preventative Maintenance Visits at least quarterly to ensure the least amount of downtime in the future.
