IT Support Engineer
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our support team.
You must be a good communicator and team player.
Your role will involve support for customers and channel partners.
Your role will also involve developing and delivering training and educational programmes for our customers and channel partners.
Requirements:
• Excellent technical and Communication skills
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP based networks
• Experience of Windows based domain architecture including Active Directory
• Experience of Operating System support for Windows
• Working knowledge of UNIX platforms
• Working knowledge of Internet systems
• Working knowledge of Email systems
• IT Systems Troubleshooting experience
The successful candidate will be a self starter and will be able to work on own initiative.
Full product training will be provided.
The candidate will ideally have a minimum of three years experience in supporting end user environments.
Own transport essential
This is a full time permanent position offering significant scope for future development.
